Dr. Narimane Hadj-Hamou, CEO of the Center for Learning Innovation and Customized Knowledge Solutions (CLICKS), has participated in the Middle East Leadership Communication Conference which took place at the St. Regis Hotel in Abu Dhabi from the 27th to the 28th of May.

The Conference which this year focused on how current leaders are successfully cultivating innovative environments within their organizations to promote sustainable growth in various sectors have attracted a number of high caliber speakers who were involved in eight keynote addresses and 5 half-day workshops throughout the two days conference.

Dr. Hadj-Hamou’s keynote addressed the two interrelated components of leadership and governance and the role in driving organizational excellence. Throughout the workshop she has expanded on the concepts of leadership and corporate governance and what excellence in governance is all about. She has tackled the blurring lines between the two concepts and how they supplement one another. Dr. Narimane also addressed organizational excellence as the outcome of good leadership and governance and have spoken about different business excellence models and quality improvement tools including the EFQM model, the Malcom Baldridge model, six sigma and lean six sigma, etc.

Other speakers at the conference included Dr. Essa M. Bastaki, Jeremy Foster from Ericsson, Martin Braddock among others.
