During the Conference Dr. Narimane Hadj-Hamou, CLICKS’ CEO will also deliver a keynote address titled: “A Conceptual Framework for Implementing e-Learning in Higher Education- Leadership, Pedagogical and Technological Perspectives” during her talk Dr. Narimane will highlight the various developments and opportunities offered by eLearning in the Arab region, as well as the associated challenges facing the expansion of e-learning. She will then present a multi-dimensional framework covering leadership, pedagogical and technological dimensions that can be adopted by higher education institutions wishing to adopt eLearning.
